Current Dynamic Consulting provides a unique, independent, and solutions-oriented approach to audio. video, local area networks, and other technology categories for clients of all types.

As an Installation Technician for Accurate Electronic Interiors, I installed low-voltage infrastructure for a number of projects and applications, along with numerous other associated electronics products. I obtained Savant and Lutron Radio RA2/RA3 certifications, in addition to working with other automation products such as ProControl and RTI.

Zetetic Consulting LLC provided individuals and businesses with various services tailored for their unique and specific application and requirements. Project portfolio includes The Shambles Deli Meats Bar in Seattle, Brouwer's Cafe Seattle, and Linn Products from Glasgow, UK.

Zetetic Consulting LLC provided premium audio manufacturer Linn Products Ltd. from Glasgow, UK with business development services for the custom integration market in North America. Key responsibilities and achievements for this role included:

• Generating new sales volume from a new market channel with new and existing Linn accounts

• Coordinating with Linn team members to develop business strategies within the custom integration channel to expose Linn to more customers

• Regular visits to existing and potential Linn custom installers in the West Coast region of North America, participation in dealer events

• Extensive and detailed knowledge of Linn products and their role within the broader scope of highly complex integrated systems

Key responsibilities and achievements for this role:

• Management of global technical support for distributors, dealers, and end users of Aurender products (Salesforce Desk)

• Production of technical documentation and support data for Aurender products and software

• Participation in trade events, facilitation of product reviews, and management of social media (Facebook) to support sales and marketing of Aurender products

• Development of a training program and on site training for  Aurender dealers

Though time spent with REL was brief, key responsibilities for this role included:

• Regular communication with REL Acoustics’ dealer network in Western North America to generate new sales revenue

• Fielding end user and potential customer questions via Zendesk to facilitate support and new purchases

• Working closely with REL’s team in Berkeley, California and abroad

As a sales consultant at Definitive Audio, I gained valuable experience in a hybrid retail and custom integration environment. Key achievements include:

• Fostered growth of personal sales volume through both inside (retail) and outside (in home or on site) sales

• Maintained ongoing positive relationships with clients and associated trades such as architects, general contractors, electricians, interior designers, etc.

• Coordinated with a team of highly skilled individuals to achieve customized and unique outcomes for clients

• Supported a wide range of product categories and applications at a high level of excellence

I started at Magnolia Audio/Video's Bellevue location as a Digital Products Specialist, was promoted to an Audio/Video Sales position at their Everett location, and later became the Audio/Video Sales Manager. Key accomplishments include:

• Managed daily operations and sales goals for a team of commissioned sales staff

• Maintained personal sales goals and growth while in management, with a focus on higher performing, more reliable equipment

• Navigated the unique situation of a store closure while ensuring staff remained positive

While at Best Buy, I joined the newly acquired Geek Squad after a number of positions in store merchandising and functionality, including holding a department senior role for some time. In addition to performing PC repair and service, I helped run the service desk as well as various aspects of the store display systems.
